1. HKCS is an independent event and brand operated by Hong Kong Coin Show Limited. HKCS has its own management, organization, branding, and event operations.
   

2. HKCS is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way with any other numismatic exhibition, trade show, organizer, or event, unless expressly stated through our official channels.
   

3. Any third-party events, exhibitions, registration forms, marketing materials, websites, or communications that are not published directly by HKCS should not be considered official HKCS materials.
   

4. All official HKCS announcements, exhibitor applications, event information, and updates will only be released through HKCS's official website and communication channels.
