Welcome to Hong Kong Coin Show ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing tickets, booking exhibitor space, or registering for the event through our website (hongkongcoinshow.com), you ("participant") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
歡迎瀏覽 香港錢幣展覽會（「本公司」、「我們」或「主辦單位」）的網站。當您透過網站 (hongkongcoinshow.com) 購買門票、預訂展位或登記參加本活動，即表示您（「參加者」）同意以下條款與細則。

1. Event Participation / 活動參加

• All registrations, ticket purchases, and exhibitor bookings are subject to confirmation by the Organizer.

• The Organizer reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule, venue, or format for operational or safety reasons.

• Entry to the event is conditional upon compliance with venue regulations and official event policies.

所有報名、門票購買及展位預訂，須經主辦單位確認。
主辦單位有權基於營運或安全原因，對活動日期、地點及形式作出改動。
入場須遵守場地規章及活動之相關規定。

2. Payment Policy / 付款政策

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or registration.

• Prices are listed in the designated currency and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations or payment surcharges as applicable.

所有費用須於報名或預訂時全額支付。
所有價格以指定貨幣標示，並可能因匯率或交易手續費而有所調整。

3. No Refund / No Return Policy

- All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or returns will be accepted once payment is confirmed.
- This policy applies to all tickets, exhibitor bookings, and sponsorships.
- In the event of delay, rescheduling, or venue change, all purchased items remain valid.
- The Organizer will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs affected by such changes.

- 所有交易一經確認，概不接受取消、退款或退貨。
- 此政策適用於所有門票、展商預訂及贊助項目。
- 如活動延期、改期或更改場地，已購門票或展位將自動延續有效。
- 主辦單位不會就因此產生的交通或住宿費用承擔任何責任。

4. Substitution and Transfer / 名額與展位轉讓

• Requests for transfer of participation or booth allocation must be submitted in writing and may be approved at the Organizer's discretion.

• Unauthorized resale or transfer of entry passes or exhibitor spots is strictly prohibited.

如需轉讓參加者或展位，必須以書面申請，並經主辦單位批核方為有效。
嚴禁未經授權轉售或轉讓門票／展位資格。

5. Liability and Conduct / 責任與行為準則

• All participants must adhere to event guidelines, venue rules, and applicable laws.

• The Organizer shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or property damage during the event.

• The Organizer reserves the right to remove individuals engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without compensation.

所有參加者須遵守活動守則、場地規章及適用法律。
主辦單位對於活動期間發生的人身傷害或財物損失，不承擔任何責任。
主辦單位有權拒絕或驅離有破壞秩序或不當行為之人士，且不設任何賠償。

6. Intellectual Property / 知識產權

• All event-related materials, including name, logo, photographs, and website content, are the property of the Organizer.

• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

所有與活動有關的名稱、標誌、照片及網站內容均屬主辦單位所有。
未經書面許可，不得使用或複製。

7. Governing Law / 適用法律

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

本條款與細則受 香港特別行政區 法律管轄並依其詮釋。
任何爭議將由香港法院專屬管轄。
